- No more soft drinks. LIKE NO MORE OK!
- Fastfood only allowed twice a month. (hard but i will persevere)
- No snacking between meals unless i have fruits.
- Cannot cut down on coffee, so i shall cut down on milo and milk. (shall still drink HL milk though. i need protein)
- Run for 10 minutes everyday. (in the shower if possible, HAHAHAHAHAHA. then won't feel sweaty)
- 100 crunches everyday. woots. (i used to do 200, so this should be okay)
- PERSEVERE!
